刘家口选煤厂生产系统改造与实践

Production system improvement and practice for Liujiakou coal preparation plant

摘要:

随着煤炭资源整合和矿井单产水平的提高,原有的煤炭洗选系统无法满足生产要求。按照节省投资和减少对现有生产系统影响原则,对选煤厂进行了技术改扩建,使其生产能力达到了11.00Mt/a,完善了洗煤方法和车间工艺布置,改进了生产工艺流程,完成了主要工艺设备的选型与安装。改扩建后的系统具有块煤系统、末煤系统、末煤重介系统和螺旋系统的单独开启功能,可实现多达四种生产方式,大大提高了洗煤厂的适应能力。生产实践表明,改扩建后系统不仅能够调整产品结构,减少产品水份,还能降低投资,达到了改扩建的预期目标。

Abstract:

With the integration of coal resources and the increase of yield per unit , the original coal washing system can't meet the production requirements. Technical reorganization and expansion was conducted through optimizing the coal washing method and the workshop process arrangement, improving the production process and selection and installation of the main process equipment, according to the principle of saving investment and reducing impact on the existing production system. The improved coal preparation system has production capacity of 11.00 Mt/a, and has four kinds of production mode, which greatly improves the adaptability of coal preparation. Production practice shows that the improved system can not only adjust the product structure and reduce product moisture, but also reduce investment, and achieve the anticipated goal of reconstruction.
